1. Access to Materials

Nascentia believes that meaningful education and information should be accessible to everyone, regardless of financial means. We will never deny access to Nascentia materials (“Materials”) on the basis of financial constraints.

If you resonate with these Materials but are unable to afford the listed price, please contact us. Every access request will be reviewed with understanding and empathy, and no reasonable request will be denied.

2. How to Request Access

To request access to Nascentia Products at a reduced or no cost, please email admin@nascentia.net with the subject line “Access Request – [Product Name]” and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email to be used at purchase
  • A brief note regarding your current financial circumstances or reason for requesting access

Nascentia may, at its discretion, follow up by email, phone call, or video meeting to confirm details and finalize arrangements.

3. Refund Policy

Nascentia strives for readers and participants to find genuine value in our Materials. However, we recognize that not all content will resonate with every individual. Because our products are delivered digitally and provide immediate access, refunds are available under the following conditions:

(a) Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Nascentia will refund the full purchase price, including any applicable taxes, through the same billing and payment method used in the original transaction.

(b) Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted where the Materials have been downloaded and used or applied in a substantial way within your business or personal activities. Refunds requested after the 30-day window may be processed, in whole or in part, at Nascentia’s discretion.

(c) How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email admin@nascentia.net with the subject line “Refund Request – [Product Name]” and include:

  • Your full name
  • Email used at purchase
  • Order number
  • Brief reason for the refund
  • Confirmation that the Materials have not been used or applied in a commercial manner

Upon completion of the refund process, the Materials will remain yours to keep. If Nascentia offers a subscription model in the future, updated refund terms will apply accordingly.

4. Information and Record-Keeping

Nascentia may retain and securely store records related to access or refund requests, in accordance with applicable privacy and information laws. This information is confidential and used solely for internal purposes, including improving Nascentia’s Materials and refining future offerings.
